Data Opt-In Policy

The programme's central promise is measured in Ranked Rating. Measuring it requires reading your competitive record from Riot Games. That reading only ever happens because you asked for it.

What you are opting in to

Linking your Riot account authorises us to retrieve, through Riot Games' official API:

• your Riot ID and encrypted account identifier (PUUID)
• your current competitive rank and Ranked Rating
• your rank history over the programme
• summaries of competitive matches (result, agent, map, and round data)

Why each one is needed

Your starting rank is captured once, at enrolment, and never edited by normal use. Every claim the programme makes about your progress is the difference between your current rank and that anchor, so the anchor has to be real and it has to be immutable.

Match summaries are what a coach reads before a session and what the insights on your dashboard are derived from. Without them a session starts with "so how has it been going".

What we do not do

• We do not collect data from Riot accounts that have not been linked.
• We do not read your Riot account's email, payment details or friends.
• We do not act on your behalf in the game or on your Riot account.
• We do not sell or licence your match data to anyone.

Withdrawing

Unlink your Riot account at any time from your portal, or ask a coach to do it for you. Collection stops immediately.

Data already captured, in particular your enrolment rank snapshot and the timeline built on it, is what evidences your progress under the programme. Ask us to delete it and we will, but the programme can no longer demonstrate the RR gain it is built to guarantee.
