Roadmap (roadmap.gg) is operated by Konpeki LLC. References to Roadmap, IRP (Immortal Roadmap Program), "we," or "us" in this policy refer to this coaching service and its operator, Konpeki LLC.

IRP uses Riot's official VALORANT API to track student performance with explicit consent.

Information We Collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, and gaming-related preferences when you:

  • Sign up for coaching, training, or programs
  • Submit a contact or inquiry form
  • Book a session
  • Explicitly opt in to receive communications

On the application page, when you enter a valid email address, we automatically save it and your application answers as you type, including before you click Continue or book a call. Our team can use these details to help you complete your booking. An unfinished application does not subscribe you to marketing messages or book a session.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

  • Send session reminders and scheduling updates
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Provide coaching or program-related updates
  • Send follow-up or reactivation messages you have opted into

Providing a phone number alone does not subscribe you to SMS. By checking the optional call-and-text consent box, you consent to receive messages from Konpeki LLC (Roadmap) about your coaching request, application, and follow-up. The disclosure also explains automated calls, including calls from an AI voice assistant. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Player Opt-In

  • Players must sign up for IRP and link their Riot account to have their stats tracked
  • If you have not opted in by linking your account, your information will not be made available to other players
  • Data is only visible to you and your assigned coach
  • No public stat displays or leaderboards
  • Players will give consent to receive text messages and phone calls
  • Players will give consent about receiving emails

Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

Data Usage

  • Match history and performance statistics
  • Used exclusively for coaching purposes
  • Not shared with third parties
  • You may revoke access at any time

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

To opt in to VALORANT performance tracking, enroll in IRP and complete Riot Sign On authentication during enrollment. Linking a Riot account does not constitute consent to automated calls or SMS; that choice is separate.

Discord Data

IRP operates bots in our Discord community servers to administer the coaching program. Through these bots we collect and store:

  • Your Discord user ID and username, linked to your program enrollment
  • Server roles assigned to you, reflecting program membership, tier, and earned rewards
  • Attendance records for scheduled coaching sessions, based on voice channel participation
  • Direct messages you exchange with our bots (session confirmations, check-ins, and notification responses)

This data is used exclusively to administer enrollment, scheduling, attendance, and rewards. It is stored in our program database, retained while you are enrolled in the program, and never sold or shared with third parties. We do not collect or store the content of messages you send in server channels, and we do not track your online status or activity.

To have your Discord data removed after leaving the program, contact us through the server or at our support channels.
