Riot VALORANT Tracking Terms of Service

Roadmap (roadmap.gg) is operated by Konpeki LLC. References to Roadmap, IRP (Immortal Roadmap Program), "we," or "us" in these terms refer to this coaching service and its operator, Konpeki LLC.

Acceptance of Terms

By linking your Riot Games account to IRP, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Service Description

IRP provides VALORANT coaching services with automated performance tracking through the Riot Games API.

Eligibility

  • You must be an active IRP coaching client
  • You must have a valid Riot Games account
  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your region)

Account Linking

  • You authorize IRP to access your VALORANT match data via Riot Sign-On (RSO)
  • You must link your own account (not someone else's)
  • You are responsible for maintaining your Riot account security

Data Usage

  • Your match data is used exclusively for coaching purposes
  • Data is only visible to you and your assigned IRP coach
  • See our Privacy Policy for detailed data handling practices

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when linking your account
  • Maintain an active IRP coaching subscription
  • Follow all Riot Games Terms of Service
  • Do not attempt to access other students' data

Service Availability

  • We strive for reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
  • Riot API limitations may affect data availability
  • We are not liable for service interruptions

Termination

You may terminate this service at any time by:

  • Contacting your IRP coach
  • Revoking access through your Riot Games account settings

We may terminate your access if:

  • Your IRP coaching subscription ends
  • You violate these terms
  • You violate Riot Games policies

Limitation of Liability

IRP is not liable for:

  • Temporary data sync delays or inaccuracies
  • Riot API changes or outages
  • Any decisions you make based on tracked statistics

IRP is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, VALORANT, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

A2P / VoIP Terms of Service

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

We provide educational coaching services for the game Valorant, including personalized coaching sessions, training materials, and related support.

By providing your phone number and checking the optional call-and-text consent box on our website, you agree to receive SMS messages from Konpeki LLC (Roadmap) about your coaching request. Providing a number or linking a Riot account alone does not provide this consent. Messages may include:

  • Coaching application and assessment follow-up
  • Appointment reminders
  • Account notifications
  • Order or service confirmations
  • Promotional or marketing messages (if separately consented to)

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. The call-and-text disclosure also covers automated calls, including calls from an AI voice assistant, about your coaching request. You may ask the caller to stop contacting you at any time.

3. Opt-Out and Help

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at konpeki@irp.gg.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

5. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are subject to the refund policy disclosed at the time of purchase. Coaching services already delivered are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information, including phone numbers. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data with third parties.
