Strafe Master

See your strafes. Hear your timing.

A simple overlay for click-to-strafe timing. Adjust the grid, use green key feedback and listen for sound cues while you practise.

A look at the Strafe Master overlay

Strafe Master overlay with W, A, S and D keys, the D key illuminated, and click-to-strafe, movement and sync accuracy readouts.

Keep your movement feedback in view

The compact overlay displays your movement keys and timing readouts together. Watch the click-to-strafe interval and movement feedback while you repeat a drill; sound cues provide another timing reference.

Simple feedback while you practise

Adjustable overlay grid

Customise the grid using the arrow keys and +/- adjustments. Keep a consistent visual reference while you repeat a short movement exercise.

Click-to-strafe interval

The tool measures the interval between clicking and strafing. Use the timing feedback to review the sequence you are practising instead of relying only on how it feels.

Green key and sound cues

A key turns green on a correct strafe, and sound cues provide another reference for timing. Review that feedback alongside what happened in your gameplay.

How to use Strafe Master

  1. Request the free download. Enter your name and email above, then use the download button for the Windows executable.
  2. Open the overlay and adjust the grid. Use the arrow keys and +/- controls to customise it before practising a short movement pattern.
  3. Repeat one click-to-strafe sequence. Watch the measured interval and green key, and listen to the sound cues. Keep the exercise consistent so you can compare attempts.
  4. Review the result in context. Look at the same sequence in your gameplay recording, including your crosshair placement and angle choice.

Which movement tool should you choose?

Choose Strafe Master for a simpler overlay focused on click-to-strafe feedback. Choose Movement Matcher when you want to record in-game movement, visualise the path and review more detailed timing logs.

The tools serve different review styles. Start with the feedback you want to inspect rather than changing several parts of your practice at once.

Make practice useful

Pick one drill and record a short gameplay segment. Review your movement and shots in the VOD. Change one habit at a time and repeat the same drill so you can compare your next session.

A practice drill does not guarantee hits or a rank increase. Work on crosshair placement, angle choice and a clear reason for each movement.
