Harry “Zelo” Davies is a British Valorant coach and competitor featured on Roadmap's coaching page. Our homepage highlights initiator and controller roles. His public competitive record includes a DreamHack Valencia 2023 win with Next In Line and subsequent team coaching roles.
Competitive and coaching background
VLR's player profile lists Zelo's history with Next In Line, assistant and head coaching roles at QoR in 2025, and an assistant coaching period at NRG Academy from April to August 2026. These are historical roles, not a claim of current employment by those organizations.
The DreamHack Valencia 2023 event record lists Next In Line in first place, with Zelo on its roster. This supports the tournament credential already shown on Roadmap's homepage. A DreamHack title and academy coaching experience are specific credentials; they should not be confused with winning a VCT international event.
Roadmap previously operated as the Immortal Roadmap Program, where Zelo also appears in the coaching roster.
Initiator and controller review topics
For an initiator review, bring rounds where your utility found information but your team struggled to act on it. Useful questions include whether the team was close enough to follow up, whether you communicated the timing, and whether you retained a tool for the next phase of the round.
For a controller review, bring examples of an execute, a defensive hold and a retake. Compare when you used your smokes with when teammates actually crossed the contested space. Also examine whether your positioning allowed you to support the fight after using utility.
Bring a decision, not just a scoreboard
Pick one ordinary match and mark three rounds that confused you. At each timestamp, write what you knew, what you wanted to accomplish and why you chose the action.
For example: “I used utility to help our entry, but I was too far behind to trade. Should I have changed my timing or position?” That gives a coach a concrete decision to analyze.
